• respond to a user or recipient complaint;

Access should be limited to persons and providers with a legitimate operational need.
5. The Bird Feed and Public Information
If a sender affirmatively chooses to submit eligible content to The Bird Feed, information designated for public display may become publicly accessible. For individual recipients, GiveTheFinger may reduce identifying information, such as displaying a first name and last initial. Companies, teams, organizations, public figures, or other public targets may be displayed using their public names.
Public content can be copied, photographed, indexed, redistributed, or preserved by third parties. Even if GiveTheFinger later removes public content, we cannot guarantee deletion of copies previously made by others.
Personalized video Messages are not publicly displayed on The Bird Feed under the current Service design.
6. Information About Senders and Anonymity
Some features may allow a sender's identity to be hidden from a recipient. This presentation does not make the transaction anonymous to GiveTheFinger.
We may retain information associated with the sender, account, device, network, transaction, and payment activity for legitimate business, fraud-prevention, security, legal, and safety purposes. We may disclose sender information when required by valid legal process or otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
7. How We Disclose Information

These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
